About Bluma

Bluma Farm is going into its eighth season of production. Bluma is a certified organic flower farm and floral design studio located in Berkeley on a rooftop farm. Bluma grows over 50 varieties of cut flowers and culinary herbs. Bluma sells retail through an online shop and occasional popups. Bluma also sells weekly to grocery stores and florists as well as offering design for weddings and events and a flower subscription. For more info on the farm visit Bluma’s website and instagram.

Bluma Farm was founded in the fall of 2014 by Joanna Letz. Joanna is committed to farming organically and providing high quality, local and organic flowers to her Bay Area community. Bluma is uniquely located on top of a building in her hometown of Berkeley. She  enjoys having friends, customers, and students visit her farm. 

Bluma Farm is in full production during the summer. Joanna hopes to extend her season into the winter and Spring as well.  The farm and design studio employs between 2-5 people.
